There are some NEW features on shellabears.com which we would like to highlight...
PROPERTY SEARCHING
- all our latest listings for sale or rent are loaded onto this site, along with colour photos, photo slideshows, mapping, often with floor plans and sometimes with virtual tours and movies too
- one quick way to search is to click on the suburb headings across the top of the web site - they take you to a list of available properties in those suburbs
- To do a wider search for our available residential properties for sale, put your mouse over the FOR SALE menu item on the left and then selected 'Residential Properties' link
- A list of all our residential properties for sale then comes up, with the SUBURB filter search pull-down menu on the right; use this to only select one particular suburb and it will reload that suburb's properties only
- Click the 'View these on a Map' to show the whole set of results on an interactive map with satellite imagery and zooming to lot level ability
- Small graphics on each property show you mapping, photo slide shows and printable brochures
- Click on a property to see its full property display page, with even more details such as suburb trend charting, full text descriptions, calculators, currency converter, agent contact details...
- Using similar searching, you can browse our rentals, commercial listings, see our entire sales list
MAP SEARCH
- Properties are all about location, so what better way than to search for our listings on an interactive map?
- Do any search as above, and follow the 'View these on a Map' link to see those results laid out on a map of the area
- Click on the property on the map to see more details; or look below the map to see the information on those on the map (and click 'Zoom to Property' to send the map to the property you are interested in)
- Change the suburb to see our properties in another suburb
KEYWORD SEARCH
- A new feature of the site is the 'Keyword' search, where you can enter anything you like (as on Google) and it will find matching properties with those words in the text description or address
- For example, enter "ocean views" or "pool" to see properties with these features listed
PROPERTY RESEARCH
- To hear the latest market information and thoughts from an expert, click on the From the Principals' Desk link to read Chris Shellabears' commentary
- Want to know the value of your own property, perhaps thinking of selling? Click the MY PROPERTY VALUE link and fill out the information to send us your details, and we will get back to you for a valuation
- Want to receive new listings every week, as they are entered, on our site? Click the HOME HUNT or RENTAL ALERT link, which appear under the main FOR SALE and FOR RENT links
